| About The JourneymanAfter successfully operating the Journeyman Restaurant in Berrima for many years, Tim Pratt and Deb Pearce had the opportunity to build upon their vision and create a new home for the Journeyman Restaurant in Bowral. Comfortable lounges, a chic modern dining room, well stocked bar, environmentally controlled cellar, modern kitchen; the Journeyman Restaurant and Bar has a relaxed atmosphere and is a pleasure to visit. Simon Thomsen, chief restaurant reviewer for the Sydney Morning Herald, said: "A passionate husband and wife team delivers fine food and great wines in a polished restaurant, making the 90-minute trip to the Southern Highlands a must."
