SPECIAL MENUS
Tim produces special menus for occasions such as Christmas Day lunch,
New Year's Eve dinner, Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, etc.
The menu for each occasion is prepared and published several weeks
before the event.
Friday & Saturday Set Lunch
Single Course $30, Two Courses $38, Three Courses $45 (Saturday)
On Friday the whole bill is discounted 10%.
The Friday and Saturday Set Lunch menu changes weekly.
Dishes may be based on something which has become available
from a providore in limited quantities, or may be a new idea
being developed for inclusion in the main menu.
Ladysmith Lamb is an example of a limited availability product.
These lambs are grown under ideal conditions at Ladysmith,
east of Wagga Wagga, and are occasionally delivered to the
Journeyman for inclusion in the menu.
The Roast Southern Highlands Goat dish in the A La Carte menu
was tried first as an experimental main course dish at lunchtime.
It was a great success with diners, and as a result has been
incorporated into the main menu.
The Set Lunch menu is available in addition to the
A La Carte and Degustation menus on Friday and Saturday.
